The Fourth Wall Ensemble has announced its return to Carnegie Hall.

This time the Fourth Wall Ensemble performs with Irish tenor and leading member of Celtic Thunder, Emmet Cahill. The program consists of songs from the Emerald Isle woven together on the emigrant journey to America. The program is directed by Christopher Allen.

The Ensemble recently made its Carnegie Hall debut earlier this year. The group gave the U.S. premiere of Jeff Beal’s score for the Weimar Cinema masterpiece, “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.”

Cahill studied at the Royal Irish Academy of Music where he received a BA in Music Performance. He has has performed in Dublin at the Gaiety Theater, the National Concert Hall, among others. His debut album, “Emmet Cahill’s Ireland,” featuring the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland went straight to Number 1 on the world music billboard charts.

The March 16 performance is held in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall. The concert begins at 3 pm.
